This was a crazy day. I should have realized that I was not trading well and stop early. Instead I decided to trade more and more and then smarted losing all discipline. Look at he Big mouth Stock post too - only 2/3s of my trades were captured on the 5 charts. I have this type of melt down about 8 times a year. I need to never have them.-
