If you have the chance today, VOTE - PERIOD.
In the wonderful state of New Jersey, question number 4 is to replace the words "idiots and insane people can not vote" with "people who do not understand (by court order) what it means to vote can not vote". No wonder so few people in New Jersey vote. Changing the wording is not going to help.
